  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • sea salt & Black Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil, Divided
  • 1 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Cup Green Beans, Fresh

1. Get out a cutting board and pat your pork chops dry using a paper towel. Slice your pork chops into thin strips before seasoning with salt and pepper.

2. Get out a large skillet and place it over medium heat with a tablespoon of sesame oil. Add in your pork strips, cooking for seven minutes. You will need to stir occasionally to keep your pork strips from burning.

3. Get out a small bowl and combine your remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce together. Pour this mixture into the skillet with your pork slices.

4. Add in your green beans before reducing the heat to medium-low. Allow it to simmer for three to five minutes. Divide between bowls before serving warm.
