Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 lbs. Pork Roast
  • 1 Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Flour
  • ½ Cup White Wine
  • 1 Cup Bone Broth
  • ½ Cup Cream
  • 3 Tarragon Sprigs, Fresh
  • 3 Slices cheddar Cheese
  • sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste

Directions:

1. Heat your butter in a skillet over medium heat, and then brown your roast for five to six minutes. Add in your green onion, and then pour the wine in. allow it to simmer for two to three minutes.

2. Place everything into a casserole dish, and then add in your wine. Season with salt and pepper and cook, covered with your bone broth for thirty to thirty-five minutes. Add in the cream and chopped tarragon, stirring gently. Place your cheddar slices on top and cook for another fifteen minutes. Serve warm.
