  • 2 Cups Pork Rinds, Spicy
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil + More for Coating
  • ½ Cup Mexican Blend Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Cup Carnitas
  • 1 Avocado, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
