  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • Sea Salt to Taste
  • 2 ½ lbs. White Mushrooms, Fresh
  • 2 Cups Vinegar, Distilled


1. Start by blanching your mushrooms in the vinegar for an hour, making sure that your garlic and salt is in the mixture too.


2. Drain your mushrooms, and then keep them refrigerated. Serve on the side of any main dish.
