Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Parmesan, Grated
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ Cup Pork Rind Crumbs
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
Directions:
1. Start by heating your oven to 425.
2. Trim your asparagus, and then get out larger zipper top bag, and then throw in your asparagus and olive oil. Shake well, and then add in your pork rinds, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Shake until your asparagus is fully coated, and then arrange it in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3. Cook for eight to ten minutes, and serve warm.
